IT consulting and technical management in Mallorca
Some technology decisions should not be made by whoever is selling you the equipment. How much to invest, what to replace first, whether the contract on the table makes sense: that needs someone technical on your side of the table.

Making technology decisions without your own judgement
In a company with no technical department, IT decisions end up being made by whoever is selling. You buy what this month’s sales rep proposes, contracts renew out of inertia, and licences get paid for things nobody uses any more. It is rarely bad faith: there is simply nobody technical and commercially neutral in the conversation.
Someone technical who is not selling you the hardware
Outsourced IT management fills that gap: understanding how the business works, putting order into what is already there, and deciding with judgement what is worth spending on and what is not. We deal with the suppliers and translate it back to you as decisions.
What it includes
- Inventory of equipment, licences and active contracts
- A review of what is being paid for versus what is actually used
- A one to two year roadmap, prioritised by urgency
- An annual technology budget, with renewals planned in
- Technical liaison with carriers and suppliers
- Review of third-party quotes before you sign them
- Project coordination: relocations, expansions, refurbishments
- Regular follow-up meetings
What that looks like in practice
Outsourced IT management
A part-time head of technology. We define the roadmap, manage the suppliers and represent you technically when there is something to negotiate.
- Technical representation with third parties
- Annual budget planning
An audit of what you have
We review the current state to find unsupported equipment, licences that do not cover what they should, duplication and spending that matches nothing in use.
- IT asset inventory
- Licence and contract review
Turnkey projects
If you move premises or expand, we coordinate the technology side from start to finish: carrier, cabling, equipment and schedule.
- Planned office relocations
- Coordination with builders and the carrier
How we start
- 1
First meeting
You tell us how the business runs, what worries you and what decisions are on the table right now.
- 2
Audit
We build the inventory: what equipment exists, which contracts are still live, what licences are paid for and which are used.
- 3
Report and roadmap
You get the current state and a prioritised plan: what to do now, what can wait and what you can stop paying for.
- 4
Follow-up
Regular meetings to work through the plan and decide on whatever comes up, always with the same point of contact.
Rather talk it through?
If it is quicker to explain over the phone than to write it down, give us a call. You get a technician directly, not a salesperson who passes it on.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from IT maintenance?
Maintenance handles the day to day: keeping things working. Consulting handles the decisions: what to buy, what to replace, what to contract and in what order. They can be taken separately, though they usually go together.
Does it have to be an ongoing arrangement?
No. You can commission a one-off audit and keep the report, with no further commitment. Ongoing outsourced IT management makes sense when there are frequent decisions or several suppliers to coordinate.
Will you recommend services you provide yourselves?
Where the work would also include the implementation we say so openly, so you know where we stand on each recommendation. And if you would rather the audit were done by someone who will not be carrying out the work afterwards, that is a reasonable request and can be set up that way from the start.
Will you work with the accountant or adviser we already have?
Yes. Coordinating with whoever already handles the financial or legal side is normal, particularly when investments need justifying or data protection matters need reviewing.
Shall we talk about what is on your list?
A first meeting to see what decisions you have on the table and whether it makes sense for us to help with them. No commitment.
