When something breaks and you do not know who to call
The computer is slow, the printer has stopped connecting, and you are not sure whether your photos are backed up anywhere. None of it justifies a maintenance contract, but none of it fixes itself either — and searching online usually raises more questions than it answers.

A home visit with the diagnosis included. We check whatever is giving trouble, fix what we can there and then, and tell you plainly what to do about the rest. No jargon, and no list of homework left behind.

Frequently asked questions
How much does the visit cost?
The call-out visit is listed at 49 €, with the diagnosis and basic fixes included. If the job needs more time or parts, we tell you the cost before continuing: nothing reaches the invoice that you have not approved.
Do you travel anywhere in Mallorca?
We offer on-site service across the island. When booking the visit we confirm availability for your area and the day we can come.
Do you repair computers at component level?
We diagnose the fault and tell you whether repairing or replacing makes more sense. Board-level repair and recovering data from a physically damaged drive need a specialist lab: in those cases we tell you where to go rather than attempt it ourselves.
My mother struggles with her computer, can you help her?
Yes, and a good share of our visits are exactly that. We leave the machine set up simply, explain just enough to use it without worry, and remove the programs that only get in the way. Unhurried, and without assuming anything nobody ever explained to her.
What if the problem is the WiFi?
We look at that too: we measure coverage in the areas where it fails and tell you whether it is solved by moving the router, adding an access point or running a cable. It is a different job from a one-off visit and it is quoted separately.
Do I have to sign up for anything?
No. A one-off visit is a one-off visit. If you would rather have someone on call there is a monthly plan, but it is not a requirement for us to come out.
