Frequently asked questions
Do you work with small practices of three or four people?
Yes. We set no minimum number of machines: the price depends on size and network complexity, so a small office does not pay the same as a thirty-desk one.
We handle client data. Can you help with network security?
Yes, on the technical side: firewall, access control, network segmentation and updates. Regulatory compliance itself is for your legal adviser; we make sure the infrastructure supports it.
Does cabling require building work?
It depends on the office. If there are already trunking runs or a false ceiling, pulling new cable is usually enough. We assess it during the visit and tell you what it involves before starting.
Do you serve outside Palma?
Yes, across Mallorca. Many incidents are solved remotely the same day, and we travel out when needed.
