Service across Mallorca

IT maintenance in Mallorca: your outsourced IT department

We take care of the equipment, the network, the security and the incidents, so your business does not depend on several separate suppliers or on whoever in the office is handiest with computers.

When nobody is in charge of IT

Most small businesses have no technical department. IT falls to whoever is handiest, on top of their own job. It works until it does not: then nobody knows the router password, what warranty the failed machine has, or who to call.

One fault stops several people at once, not just one
Everything is fixed in a rush, which is always the expensive way
Nobody knows what equipment there is or how old it is
Recurring problems get patched again and again, never fixed at the root

Someone watching before it breaks

With a maintenance contract we become your technical team. We check the network and equipment regularly, handle day-to-day incidents and keep a record of what you have and how it is set up. When something fails we do not start from scratch: we already know your installation.

What the contract includes

  • Remote support for day-to-day incidents
  • On-site assistance across Mallorca when a visit is needed
  • Regular checks of network, equipment and local backups
  • Updates and security patches
  • Equipment inventory and network documentation
  • A single technical contact who already knows your case
  • Response times agreed by contract
  • Advice before you buy new equipment

What it does not include

  • The cost of new hardware and replacement parts
  • Software licences and subscriptions, which stay in the client's name
  • Faults on the provider's line: we chase them, but we do not repair them
  • Support for third-party industry software, beyond installing it and getting it running
  • Overnight or bank holiday cover: attention is during working hours
  • Laboratory data recovery when a disk fails physically

How the day to day works

Remote and on-site support

Most incidents are resolved remotely the same day. When someone needs to come out, they come out: not everything can be fixed over the phone, and nobody spots a loose cable from a desk.

  • Reachable by phone, WhatsApp or email
  • On-site visit when the problem is physical

Prevention and supervision

Regular checks of the network and equipment, plus continuous supervision of what matters. Most failures give warning first: a disk filling up is visible weeks ahead.

  • Updates and security patches
  • Automatic alerts when something stops responding

Inventory and documentation

We keep track of what equipment there is, how old it is and how the network is configured. It is yours and you keep it: if you ever change supplier, they do not start from zero.

  • Equipment inventory with age
  • Network diagram and documented configuration

How we start

  1. 1

    Initial assessment

We come to your office, look at what equipment you have, how the network is built and what is causing you trouble right now.

  2. 2

    Report and proposal

We tell you what we found, what should be fixed first and what level of maintenance fits your business. At a fixed price.

  3. 3

    Bringing it up to date

Before maintenance starts we get the installation in order: whatever is poorly documented, badly configured or overdue for an update.

  4. 4

    Ongoing maintenance

From then on it is ours to handle. You call or write, and we already know which installation you mean.

Rather talk it through?

If it is quicker to explain over the phone than to write it down, give us a call. You get a technician directly, not a salesperson who passes it on.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum number of machines to take out a contract?

We do not set a fixed minimum. The price depends on the number of machines and how complex the network is, so a three-person office and a thirty-person company do not pay the same. We work it out during the initial assessment.

What if the fault is with an external provider, like the fibre line?

We still handle it: we deal with the operator and chase it up. We cannot guarantee their timescales, but we can make sure someone is on it without it being you.

Does maintenance cover repairing or replacing hardware?

The labour does. Parts and new equipment are quoted separately, and we always tell you the cost first and whether repairing or replacing makes more sense.

Do you work outside Palma?

Yes, we provide on-site service across Mallorca. Many incidents are solved remotely the same day, and we travel out when the problem calls for it.

How is maintenance billed?

A fixed monthly fee, agreed in the quote according to the number of machines and the scope. You know what you pay each month before we start. Anything outside that scope, such as new hardware or a major piece of work, is quoted separately and approved before it happens.

Is there a minimum contract term?

It is agreed contract by contract, before anything is signed. We do not apply a standard tie-in to everyone: it depends on the scope and on whether there is an upfront investment involved. What you will not find is a clause that turns up later.

How quickly do you respond to an incident?

We respond within 24 hours, and in practice it is usually the same day remotely. If your business needs a firmer commitment it can be agreed by contract: tell us what you need and we will tell you whether we can sustain it. We do not offer 24/7 on-call cover.

What happens when you come to the office?

We arrive with the problem already narrowed down remotely wherever possible, so the visit is not spent diagnosing. We use it to check what cannot be seen from outside: the state of the rack, the cabling, the fans, the warnings nobody reads. And we update the documentation with whatever has changed.

Are backups included?

We include checking that backups exist, are running and can actually be restored, which is the part that most often fails: plenty of businesses discover their backup was no good on the day they need it. Cloud storage or media, where required, are quoted separately.

Is monitoring included or separate?

Supervision of the critical parts is part of maintenance. If you want fuller monitoring, with alerts on more elements and its own follow-up, we offer it as a service with its own page.

Shall we start with an assessment?

Before proposing anything, we look at the state of your installation. The initial assessment commits you to nothing and is useful even if you decide not to take out a contract.
